Who we are

What we collect
When you ask for a quote we collect your name, email address, phone number and postcode, plus whatever you tell us about the furniture — notes, photos and product links. We don't ask for your full address until a job is confirmed, and we never ask for payment details on this site.
Why we collect it
To work out your price, send you the quote, and carry out the job if you go ahead. That's it. We don't sell your details, we don't share them with anyone else, and we won't email you marketing.
How long we keep it
Quote requests that don't turn into jobs are deleted after 12 months, photos included. Records of completed jobs are kept for 6 years, which is how long HMRC requires business records to be kept.
Where it's stored
Your details are held in a database hosted in the UK. Photos you upload are stored with a third-party file host. Both are used only to deliver the service described above.
Cookies
We use analytics cookies to see how people move through the site so we can improve it. You can decline them with the banner and still get a quote — nothing on this site needs them. Declining is as easy as accepting, and we don't ask again.
Your rights
You can ask to see what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we'll reply within one month. If you're not happy with how we've handled it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
